Trey Smith

Since 2009 Trey has been working in the healthcare recruitment industry. Trey’s former experience primarily focused on both relationship management and people development as part of a large corporate conglomerate. At present, he leads the executive functions at Elevate.  His passions include building teams, creating a winning culture, as well as serving the community.  Trey currently serves as a board member for Grace Bridge/The Master Cares, a local non-profit. He’s also involved with the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR) as a past board member and current committee member.

Trey is a 2006 graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelors in Science. He resides in Frisco with his wife Robyn, two sons and daughter. He enjoys spending time outside with the kids and being out on the water whenever possible. Trey and his family are active members at Prestonwood Baptist Church – North Campus.
