Matthew is a native Utahan who graduated from the University of Utah with bachelor’s degree in health promotion and education. He has been in healthcare recruiting for 10 years with a large emphasis in hospital medicine and enjoys the relationship-based approach of recruiting. Matthew has been married to his lovely wife Dominique for 10 years and they have 3 children, ages 1,5 and 7.  They are heavily invested in the local church and enjoy spending time with friends and family doing outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, snowboarding, and treasure hunting.
