Taylor comes to Elevate Healthcare with eight years of experience in healthcare recruitment. His realm of expertise centers on physician recruitment and he places an extreme emphasis on positioning himself as a resource to the healthcare facilities and families he partners with. While Taylor prides himself on understanding the ever evolving healthcare industry, he considers his best asset to be his passion for helping people, regardless of whether they are a fit for a certain position. His sense of urgency and consultative approach have allowed him to assist over 70 families through relocation as well as establish strong working relationships with hiring entities of all sizes.

Taylor was born in Southern California but relocated to Texas at an early age. He married his wife, Amanda, in 2009 and they welcomed their first child, Wilson, in March 2015. Taylor enjoys travel and spending time with his family when possible. He and his wife are members of Compass Christian Church in Colleyville, Texas.
