Louis prides himself off being caring and understanding with everyone he works with and encounters. Louis favorite part about his job is speaking to many different people on a day to day basis and assisting them in finding the perfect opportunity to expand their career into. Louis brings strong energy day in and day out and is big on open communication. This is key in building and keeping long-term relationships with his providers.

He recently moved to New Hampshire and enjoys traveling with his family and friends across the U.S. When he is not recruiting, you can find Louis in the gym, enjoying any kind of sport or behind his bar as Louis has years of mixology under his belt and enjoys crafting the perfect drink for each and every season or holiday.
