Next, Matt transitioned into the manager role of full-service sales, leading both allied and physician marketers covering the entire nation. Matt led multiple top producers, hired and developed marketers, developed strategic marketing plans for the divisions, taught weekly training courses, and helped guide numerous representatives in their leadership development. Matt then was asked to take over as Senior Manager for the permanent physician unit. Having a keen understanding of healthcare, Matt has developed plans that have successfully placed providers in areas deemed difficult. His attention to detail and ability to fully understand his client’s needs, makes him a valuable resource.
