Matt has worked in the healthcare recruitment industry for over ten years now. He first started as a contingent recruiter working both sides of the desk, quickly being promoted to leader of the division. During this time he broke company records in placements per year, interviews per year, and total sales per year, leading to multiple awards. Next, Matt transitioned into the manager role of full-service sales, leading both allied and physician marketers covering the entire nation. Matt led multiple top producers, hired and developed marketers, developed strategic marketing plans for the divisions, taught weekly training courses, and helped guide numerous representatives in their leadership development. Matt then was asked to take over as Senior Manager for the permanent physician unit. During this time he had a handful of top producers reporting to him, had multiple producers earn promotions, won leadership awards, and was published many times pertaining to different healthcare topics for various publications within the health realm.

Having a keen understanding of healthcare, Matt has developed plans that have successfully placed providers in areas deemed difficult. His attention to detail and ability to fully understand his client’s needs, makes him a valuable resource. Matt believes open communication is the most important aspect for success in this industry, he will always be candid and professional.
