Allen came to Elevate Healthcare Consultants with over 20 years of experience in physician recruitment and clinical operations. Prior to joining Elevate, Allen held leadership positions with nationally retained recruitment firms and has received multiple honors for recruiter of the year in his career. He gained valuable experience in clinical operations while working in an operations role with a large MSO in Dallas and brings that experience for a unique approach to healthcare recruitment.

Allen grew up in Lubbock, Texas and served in the United States Marine Corps in both Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. After his military service, Allen attended Texas Tech University. He currently lives on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. In his spare time, he can be found surfing, playing a round of golf, relaxing with his island family at the beach or cruising the island on his Harley.
