JP comes to Elevate with over 12 years of experience in staffing and recruiting. He has experience working with both recruiting and sales roles, being a team lead, and mentoring multiple colleagues over the years. He is known for his passion, his customer focus, and respect he shows towards his clinicians. He takes pride in building rapport and being an advocate to anyone he is helping to place in a new role.

JP is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in General Business. He lives in Kingwood, TX with his wife Keli, daughter and son, and their dog. He enjoys hanging out with family, watching the Dallas Cowboys,  Dallas Mavericks, Houston Astros , hunting, and working out.
