Travis has been in healthcare staffing since 2013, primarily focused on permanent physician recruitment.  Travis has held production and leadership positions with several healthcare staffing companies and a medical group.  He has also worked in permanent and temporary allied recruitment, as well as in Locums. He focuses on building strong relationships with his clients through transparent communication.  He is regularly pulled into high level consultations with health systems and groups alike due to his straightforward and knowledgeable approach. Travis has received multiple awards for quarterly and annual sales production due to his loyal client base.

Travis was a multiyear letterman playing football for Baylor University and played his senior season with his degree in hand.  He lives in Plano with his wife, Natalie, and their three dogs.  He enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends watching sports or finding excuses to be enjoying the outdoors.
