Lynz Coller

Principal Recruiter

Born in Portland, Oregon, and raised in a military family, Lynz Coller developed a strong foundation in adaptability and service. She began her professional career in early childhood education, teaching in Florida before returning to the Pacific Northwest and transitioning into healthcare recruitment in 2016. A few years later, she relocated to Texas, where she continues to support healthcare organizations across the country through permanent recruitment.

Lynz takes a consultative, relationship-driven approach, partnering closely with clients and candidates to understand organizational needs and career goals. Her background includes nationwide work with academic medical centers across multiple subspecialties, as well as FQHCs, nonprofit organizations, and private practices. She places both specialized clinical talent and executive leadership in roles that support continuity of care and long-term organizational success.

Outside of work, Lynz is an active animal advocate and volunteer with The Happy Pet Project, a nonprofit dedicated to ending animal homelessness through rescue, rehabilitation, and education. She enjoys coordinating community events and spending time with her husband and their four dogs.
