With a background spanning recruiting, account management, and business development, she brings a 360-degree view of what it takes to make placements seamless, successful, and stress-free.

An Ohio native, Latora holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bowling Green State University (go Falcons!). Outside the office, she’s a proud dog mom to two adorable Shar-Peis, Caesar and Raiden, and is always up for a hike, yoga class, city adventure, or spontaneous karaoke night.

Latora also starts every day with her favorite ritual: a perfectly made cortado. She’s currently learning Spanish, driven by both a personal goal and a desire to better support a wider range of clients and providers.
