Elevate Healthcare Consultants is a leading physician employment firm, built in 2015 around three core values: Integrity-Driven, Faith-Centered, and Transcendent. Translation: we do what’s right when no one’s looking, we genuinely enjoy the people we work with, and we hold ourselves to a standard most firms only talk about.
We built our reputation one search at a time: clear communication, disciplined candidate screening, and senior recruiters who stay close to the work from kickoff through placement.

CVs that survive our vetting: OIG and excluded-parties checks, sex-offender database, and licensure verification. Pre- and post-interview summaries are included at no cost.
Phone, video, or an onsite visit — your call. We coordinate the travel; you roll out the red carpet.
Say yes and we stay in your corner: contract negotiations, licensing, credentialing, all the way to day one. Say no and we return to the search.
What it costs
every dollar, and exactly when it’s due.
No mystery fees. Here’s the full cost structure in plain English.
Total Cost of Success = Procurement Cost + Placement Fee + ECB (if applicable)
Procurement due when the search begins · Placement invoiced at the earliest of LOI signed, written agreement entered, or candidate begins services · ECB applies only if the position is filled within 90 days.
One time, per search. This funds targeted email, text, and social campaigns; specialty push-lead programs; candidate conferences; and advertising to residency programs, associations, and journals.
Invoiced at the earliest of: a letter of intent is signed, a written agreement is entered, or the candidate begins services. Interview assessments already paid are deducted.
This is NOT an additional cost. Each assessment is deducted from the placement fee.ex) You have three onsite interviews, and hire one of the candidates, your Placement Fee is now reduced by $6k
The placement fee increases by $3,000 when the position is filled within 90 days. It keeps everyone, including us, moving with urgency.
The placement fee increases by $3,000 when the position is filled within 120 days.
ABC Dental covers approved candidate travel and interview expenses, including airfare, ground transportation, lodging, and approved family travel when applicable. Our travel team can handle the logistics.
Payment & agreement terms
- The procurement campaign is due when the search begins; all other invoices are due within 30 days.
- Unpaid amounts accrue 1.5% interest monthly.
- Late payment voids replacement and refund protections.
- The agreement term is six months.
The guarantee
we stand behind our placements.
If a placed candidate resigns within the first 90 days, Elevate goes back to work at no additional charge. ABC Dental gives Elevate 120 days to find a replacement under the same search parameters.
If no replacement is found within 120 days, the placement fee is reimbursed.
Replacement and refund protections remain subject to timely payment and the signed agreement.
